Appaling

Do not buy anything from these cowboys, they talk the talk when they are trying to sell something but trust me there is no aftercare service and the arrogance of the staff if something goes wrong? well to put it bluntly they just cant be bothered. We bought from them based on quick delivery times but the 2 sofas we bought sagged after 6 months but they claim it was because we hadn't turned the cushions, sorry but 6 months is terrible, oh yes i nearly forgot there are some local kind of furniture shops all around the west midlands and they will make you better stuff cheaper and you get a better choice.
