Highly qualified, experienced personnel with direct experience of all issues mentioned, offering face to face sessions or telephone sessions with empathic caring staff. Confidential service open to all, regardless of sex,age, religion, ethnicity, disabilty, sexual orientation. Psychotherapy, Counselling & Support Work Service, offering help with issues of - Rape & Sexual Abuse - Domestic Violence & Anger Management - Relationship/Couples/Divorce - Psychosexual problems - Bereavement,Grief, Loss - Relaxation - Unresolved Childhood Events - Addictions ~ sexual, drug/alcohol, gambling - Child/Youth problems - Self Esteem and Confidence Building ~ especially relevant for men - Sexually Transmitted Infections and Pregnancy Help - Stress - Anxiety, Stress, Panic Attacks - Depression, Mood Swings We can help with all of these issues, we use an integrative approach in the therapy offered, this means we can use different techniques ~ psychodynamic (freudian), humanistic (rogerian), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), post traumatic stress disorder therapy, rape trauma therapy, transactional analysis (TA), solution focused therapy, gestalt therapy, art/craft therapy & we are currently investigating reiki therapy Our service is client led and is highly confidential, following all relevant statutes and current guidelines and legislation.
