Psychotherapy, Counselling & Support Work Service, offering help with issues of - Rape & Sexual Abuse - Domestic Violence & Anger Management - Relationship/Couples/Divorce - Psychosexual problems - Bereavement,Grief, Loss - Relaxation - Unresolved Childhood Events - Addictions ~ sexual, drug/alcohol, gambling - Child/Youth problems - Self Esteem and Confidence Building ~ especially relevant for men - Sexually Transmitted Infections and Pregnancy Help - Stress - Anxiety, Stress, Panic Attacks - Depression, Mood Swings We can help with all of these issues, we use an integrative approach in the therapy offered, this means we can use different techniques ~ psychodynamic (freudian), humanistic (rogerian), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), post traumatic stress disorder therapy, rape trauma therapy, transactional analysis (TA), solution focused therapy, gestalt therapy, art/craft therapy & we are currently investigating reiki therapy Our service is client led and is highly confidential, following all relevant statutes and current guidelines and legislation.
