Rude and incompetent

If I could give no stars I would. I had tried since 22 January 2010 to get Landywood Pet Foods to provide answers to two queries about products/delivery. I did not get a reply. I chased it up - they say they 'did not receive' my emails (sent via their website 'Information Request' form) and asked me to repeat my queries, which I did; no response; I chased them again and finally gave up on 4 February after I received a very lengthy,rude and aggressive email about what emails had/had not been sent/received, etc etc - but STILL no information about their products/delivery. Try as I might I found it impossible to place an order with this company which does not appear to want to be in business and treats potential customers with contempt.
