Do not buy from this Company. Odered a Franke sink they deliver a Rangemaster without telling me £100 cheaper but not told. 6 weeks later still waiting for them to collect it. Manager tells me they are the same even saying that they are made in factories alongside each other. My credit card is handling a refund.

My first impressions of Trading Post Appliances were very good. Their website shows a wide range of products at good prices, and I placed an order for kitchen appliances at a value of over £3,500. However I was very disappointed with their after sales service and cancelled the order the next day, as I am entitled to under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regs (2000). I couldn't get through to the company, the phone was either engaged or would ring and ring. The individual staff members I spoke to when I did manage to get through were helpful enough, but ineffective as they didn't do anything to sort out my queries. Despite being promised that I would get a refund, over a month later they still have not refunded my money. Again, I have been ringing and e-mailing but no-one ever helps. One customer service advisor even told me they had refunded my money, implying I was lying! The matter is now being dealt with by my credit card company and I am considering legal action.
