Bad Buy

I purchased a Samsung widescreen T.V. from this companies Wolverhampton store. After 2 years 4 months the tube in the T.V. set gave up. The company did not want to know about the goods being of a "satisfactory quality" and "fit for the purpose they were purchased for" and "should last a reasonable time" which are qualities demanded of goods by the Consumer Protection Act. I would NEVER purchase from Tylers again, there after sales service seems to be, "It's over 12 months old, tough". Would you think it reasonable for a brand new Samsung T.V. to only last this long.
